New Campus Mission Team to China--September, 2008!
We're sending this newsletter to friends, campus ministers and churches around the world to let you know about the new campus mission team to China.
This team is unusual in that it is the first time non-Chinese disciples from International Churches of Christ around the world have an opportunity to be part of an organized, church-sponsored, long-term evangelistic effort in China.
Please pray for the team. The first "wave" of six disciples is slated to arrive in September, 2008, God willing, with more disciples to follow later.
If you know of others who might be well-suited to join us for a year in China, have them contact disciples4china@gmail.com.

I like your group Encouraging the World, I think it's very good job you're doing there :-) I'm (sister) from Belgrade, Serbia (that would be Eastern Europe ;-) ) and I was hoping you could help me a bit here... coming out from the communism regime that lasted for over 50 years, my country is not really spiritual one, I mean there is a very strong christian orthodox tradition here, but not many true believers... there used to be an ICOC church here few years ago, but since 2003 I'm the only one here. So I was hoping you could send a message to all the members of the group, informing them that Belgrade is also in desperate need for a mission team. Country is at the moment going through transition process on its way to join EU, so there are many job opportunities. :)it's also very fun place to live :-)once again, great job encouraging the world! "My sector in the Poconos (part of West Jersey Ministry) is small and needs all the financial and spiritual encouragement we can get! We are starting to turn things around, but, as of right now.....we don't have any deacon couples or evangelists! Just a few brave souls trying to build the Kingdom in the boonies of Pennsylvania! What we desperately need is older, maturer couples to disciple these young marrieds with kids! If you know any strong leadership couples looking to go and serve fulltime in a small ministry and help them grow, please let me know."

"My dream is to one day (not to far from now) get to see (possibly be part of) church being restored in Slovenia. There is one sister that really wants to be part of the church (she travels to other countries to get some fellowship. So still up to now there is no leader there. Most of the (young) people speak English."

Encouraging The World!!!!!!! The START
Misssion: To encourage the world by acts of service and encourage small church communities.
A nonprofit organization in the works by Cirron Greenidge.
I was inspired to start this while I was visiting the church in Cyprus. Interning in the ministry in the Middle East has opened my eyes! I've traveled to many churches and I see the need for encouragement in the small church communities.
The organization will primarily focus on fundraising to send men and women to small churches communities.
